Coffee crumb cake ingredients: cake: 1c sour cream 1 c sugar 2 eggs 1tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2c butter 2 c flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla
crumb mixture; 1/2c chopped walnuts 1/4c sugar 1tsp cinnamon
preparations: Mix butter and sugar, add eggs. Mix dry ingredients together. Alternate dry mixture and sour cream to your egg mixture. Separately blend the crumb mixture together. Pour 1/2 the batter into Bundt or tube pan; top with the crumb mixture (reserving 1/2 for the top of cake). Add rest of cake mixture and top with the remaining crumb mixture.
